Holiday Logistics Notice: Mid-Autumn Festival & National Day 2026 Shipment Arrangement

Dear valued customers,

With the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holidays coming up, we hereby release our warehouse operation and order delivery schedule for the holiday period, to help you better plan your maintenance projects and procurement plans in advance.

Official Holiday Schedule

Our office and warehouse will be closed during the following periods:

• Mid-Autumn Festival: September 25 – September 27, 2026
• National Day Holiday: October 1 – October 7, 2026

Normal work and full shipment processing will resume on Thursday, October 8, 2026.

Order Processing & Shipment Arrangements

1. All orders confirmed and paid before 17:00 (Beijing Time), September 24, 2026 will be fully inspected, packed and dispatched before the Mid-Autumn holiday break.
2. Orders received during the holiday period (Sep 25 – Sep 27 / Oct 1 – Oct 7) will be processed and dispatched in order of receipt after we resume operations on October 8.
3. For customers with designated freight forwarders, we will arrange free delivery to your appointed forwarder’s warehouse as usual for all orders confirmed before the cutoff time.
4. For customers using our cooperative logistics partners, please note that international courier transit time may be slightly extended due to holiday port congestion. We recommend reserving extra lead time for urgent on-site maintenance projects.

Our customer service team will check emails periodically during the holidays. If you have any urgent inquiries about orders, stock or technical issues, please write to us at info@induplc.com, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
