EPRO PR9376/010-011 High-precision Hall Effect Speed & Keyphasor Sensor
Product Description
EPRO PR9376/010-011 High-precision Hall Effect Speed & Keyphasor Sensor
The EPRO PR9376/010-011 is a professional non-contact Hall-effect speed and keyphasor sensor independently positioned in the EPRO sensor lineup, differing from eddy current vibration probes and electrodynamic velocity sensors. Designed exclusively for high-stability rotational speed detection and phase reference locking of industrial rotating machinery, this model delivers clean digital pulse signals by cooperating with gear or keyway trigger targets. Featuring low-speed response capability, ultra-low phase deviation and strong anti-electromagnetic interference performance, it solves the problems of unstable pulse output and signal loss of traditional speed probes under low-speed and complex interference conditions. Fully compatible with MMS6000 TSI system and dedicated speed signal processing modules, it is widely used for shaft speed monitoring and phase synchronization diagnosis of turbines, compressors and large rotating units in power and petrochemical industries.
1. Specialized Hall-effect Structural & Installation Advantages
PR9376/010-011 adopts high-rigidity integrated stainless steel probe housing with industrial-grade anti-corrosion, oil-proof and dust-proof passivation treatment, reaching IP67 on-site protection level. Built with high-sensitivity Hall induction chip and optimized magnetic field sensing structure, it features stable triggering performance and strong environmental adaptability, resisting long-term bearing box oil mist erosion, equipment vibration and ambient temperature changes without signal drift or structural failure.
Adopting standardized industrial mounting thread and compact probe outline, the sensor supports flexible installation on unit end covers, bearing box outer walls and fixed supports. It adapts to a maximum installation gap of 1.5mm with the trigger gear, requiring no precise ultra-close spacing calibration. The 011 standard configuration features optimized cable terminal structure, realizing convenient field wiring and fixed positioning. It supports plug-and-play replacement of old PR9376 series speed probes, greatly simplifying on-site commissioning and system renovation work.
2. Core Speed & Phase Measurement Performance
Based on mature Hall induction principle, PR9376/010-011 achieves high-precision non-contact speed and phase monitoring, with a full frequency measurement range of 0–20kHz. It excels in low-speed signal restoration, capable of outputting complete and stable rectangular pulse waveforms even during unit creeping and low-speed jogging, making up for the low-speed detection blind spot of conventional inductive speed sensors. The overall speed measurement error is controlled within ±0.1% FS, and the phase deviation is less than 0.5° at 3000rpm, providing ultra-accurate phase benchmark data for unit vibration vector analysis and fault spectrum diagnosis.
The sensor supports wide-range DC power supply of 8–31.2V, adapting to diversified industrial power distribution modes. It features excellent temperature stability, with a working temperature range of -30℃ to +100℃ and ultra-low temperature drift. It maintains consistent pulse amplitude, stable waveform duty cycle and zero false triggering throughout the full working temperature range, ensuring 24/7 uninterrupted reliable speed and phase signal output for large rotating units.
3. Cable Transmission & Industrial Anti-interference Performance
Equipped with industrial-grade high-temperature resistant shielded cable, the sensor adopts high-purity conductive core and durable insulation layer, with outstanding anti-aging, oil corrosion and temperature impact resistance. The integrated cable structure avoids loose wiring and signal interruption caused by long-term equipment vibration, maintaining stable transmission performance after long-distance fixed laying.
Built-in full-coverage shielding structure effectively isolates on-site power frequency coupling interference, high-power equipment electromagnetic radiation and ground loop fluctuation. Different from analog vibration signals, its digital pulse output mode features strong anti-disturbance capability, effectively avoiding waveform distortion and pulse loss in complex industrial electromagnetic environments. After factory calibration and impedance matching, it realizes distortion-free long-distance transmission of keyphasor pulse signals, ensuring complete and accurate data acquisition.
4. Dedicated Signal Processing & System Matching
PR9376/010-011 matches exclusive speed and phase signal conditioning modules of MMS6000 TSI system, adopting digital pulse shaping and frequency conversion processing logic, completely different from analog vibration signal demodulation:
